Now Casting: Goodnight, Timmy, a dark comedy about a young man’s hilarious and unsettling nightly battle with his own mind as he struggles to find peace and rest. The film blends surreal visuals, irreverent humor, and internal monologue to explore anxiety and self-sabotage through a comedic lens. Intended for festival submission and online release.

Role:
Timmy (male, 18 to 30) appears to have his life together: confident, composed, responsible. However, the moment his head hits the pillow, an unseen enemy shines a light on his deepest flaws and insecurities.
​
Important note about this role:
During the shoot, actors will be asked to act and react based on visual cues or off-camera prompts rather than a live scene partner for some scenes and shots, as the narrator’s voice will be added in post-production. Performance will rely heavily on physical timing and imagination, so applicants must be comfortable with this style of acting.
​
Shooting Dates:
Principal photography is scheduled for June 14 and 15 in the New York City area.
​
Compensation:
This is a paid role: $200 per day.Due to funding restrictions, payment will be made electronically via PayPal. A completed W-9 (or equivalent tax form) will be required prior to payment. Any processing fees will be covered by the production so talent receives the full rate.
